By booking a tee time at X-Golf Frisco, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your reservation.
Reservations and Booking
Tee times can be booked online at xgolffrisco.com or by calling us at (214) 308-9011. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. Your card will not be charged until your visit unless a late cancellation or no-show fee applies (see below).
Cancellation and Changes
You may change or cancel your tee time online up to 3 hours before your scheduled start time, or by calling us up to 1 hour before your scheduled start time. However, we reserve the right to charge a 1-hour late-cancellation fee for reservations canceled less than 3 hours before the scheduled start time. No-call/no-show reservations may be charged the full amount of the scheduled simulator time.
Pricing and Payment
All simulator rates are priced per simulator, not per person, and are billed by the hour. Prices are per hour and not per round. Each hourly tee time is 55 minutes of simulator time, with the final 5 minutes reserved for transition between sessions. You may add 30 additional minutes to your reservation at the time of booking after selecting your number of hours. Up to 6 guests may share one bay per session.
Equipment
You are welcome to bring your own clubs. Club rentals are available for $25 per session. X-Golf Frisco is not responsible for damage to personal equipment brought onto the premises.
Conduct and Facility Rules
All guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other guests. X-Golf Frisco reserves the right to end a session and remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, dangerous, or in violation of facility policies. No refunds will be issued in the event of removal due to misconduct.
Food and beverages purchased at X-Golf Frisco may be consumed in the simulator bays. Outside food and beverages are not permitted without prior approval.
Assumption of Risk and Liability
Golf simulation involves physical activity. By booking a tee time, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with swinging golf clubs, including the risk of injury to yourself or others in your party. X-Golf Frisco is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in simulator activities.
X-Golf Frisco is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property while on the premises.
Changes to These Terms
X-Golf Frisco reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page. Continued use of our booking services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
